ASRS Pallet Storage System:
ASRS pallet storage systems are designed for automated storage and retrieval of pallets. These systems offer high pallet storage density and increased performance compared to manual pallet handling warehouse solutions. Pallets can be stored in single, double or multi-deep storage configurations. Pallets are handled automatically by a large stacker crane using forks. Cranes are aisle captive, and the system can be scaled by adding additional aisles. Some cranes can handle multiple pallets simultaneously and these systems are known to be very reliable with a high uptime guarantee and long lifespan. Pallet ASRS systems are inferior in performance and storage capacity to 3D roaming pallet ASRS solutions but provide a high-level of reliability and storage space optimization.

Solution Limitations:
- Cranes are aisle captive. Only one crane can operate per aisle
